Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for operating the apartments and providing hospitality services, the rules for making and canceling reservations, payment methods and deadlines, booking confirmations, and complaints at ARTS APARTMENTS located at 4 Łobzowska Street, Krakow.

2. The Terms and Conditions apply to all persons using the services of Arts Apartments, starting from the moment of booking.

3. Prices listed on the Property’s website are gross prices (including VAT), and transactions are concluded in PLN. Prices given in other currencies are indicative and converted at an approximate exchange rate.

4. Rooms are rented per night. The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 12:00 PM the following day. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room is rented for one night.

5. If the Guest wishes to extend the stay, they should notify Arts Apartments by 8:00 AM on the day of departure. However, this does not bind Arts Apartments and depends on apartment availability. An additional fee applies for extensions.

6. Arts Apartments is a self-service facility equipped with a PIN access control system. Guests receive access to the apartment after confirming the reservation by receiving PIN access codes to the apartment, the main entrance, and the staircase doors. PIN codes are active only during the paid reservation period and are assigned exclusively to the reserved apartment.

II. Reservations

1. A reservation agreement is made by phone, e-mail, through the booking form on www.artsapartments.pl, or via an online reservation system.

2. To make a reservation, the Guest must provide a guarantee in the form of credit or debit card details and authorization to charge it, or make a prepayment.

3. Upon receiving the reservation request via the online system, Arts Apartments sends payment instructions to the provided e-mail. For bank transfers, the Guest receives an account number and must pay 30% for refundable bookings or 100% for non-refundable bookings. Confirmation is sent after the payment is received.

4. Cancellation is possible if the offer conditions allow it and must be made via the system or by e-mail to: office@artsapartments.pl

5. Cancellation fees depend on the offer:

   • If cancellation with full or partial refund is allowed, the amount will be refunded within 14 days by the original payment method.

   • If cancellation is not allowed, the full reservation amount is charged unless otherwise stated.

6. Changing reservation dates requires Arts Apartments’ approval and depends on availability.

7. The Guest is responsible for the accuracy of information provided in the booking form.

III. Arts Apartments’ Liability

1. The property is not liable for the loss or damage of items brought by Guests within the scope of Polish civil law.

2. The property is not liable for the loss of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value.

3. The property is not liable for personal items left in the apartments.

4. The property is not liable for the loss or damage of vehicles or items left inside them.

IV. Guest Liability

1. Guests are fully financially and legally responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.

2. Guests must immediately report any damage to the Manager by phone: +48 690 409 681 or email: office@artsapartments.pl

3. All items in the apartments and common areas belong to the property and must not be removed. Missing items may be charged to the Guest.

4. Minors must be supervised by adults at all times. Guardians are fully responsible for minors and any damage they cause.

5. In case of damage, unpaid charges, or rule violations, Arts Apartments may charge the Guest’s card for the relevant amount.

6. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. A 1000 PLN fine applies for violations. Costs incurred by emergency services will be charged to the Guest.

7. Guests disturbing the peace may be fined 1000 PLN and face intervention by municipal police.

V. Return of Items Left at Arts Apartments

1. Staying or leaving items in the apartment past 12:00 PM on the departure day is considered an unauthorized extension and may incur charges.

2. Guests must take all belongings when leaving. Items left behind will be stored for 3 months, then disposed of at the Guest’s cost unless a justified return request is made.

3. Upon departure, Guests must close windows, turn off appliances, and lock doors.

VI. Final Provisions

1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must not disturb others during this time.

2. Unregistered visitors may stay from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Staying later implies consent to additional charges for extra persons.

3. The property is monitored 24/7 in common areas. Footage is deleted within 15 days.

4. Cleaning is available upon request for a 150 PLN fee, completed within 2 days. Requesting cleaning implies consent to staff entry.

5. No deposit or storage services are provided. The property is not liable for items stored in the room safe.

6. No parking is available on-site. Paid street parking is available nearby, at city rates.

7. For fire safety, using heating devices not provided is prohibited. Chargers and laptop adapters are allowed.

8. The property may refuse service to Guests who violated rules during a prior stay. Such persons must leave immediately without refund.

9. Data protection is governed by the privacy policy available at www.artsapartments.pl

10. Arts Apartments reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time.
